General Manager – Luxury High Rise Condominium Association
Maynard Rich Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of a premier Condominium Association in the South of Market Area of San Francisco. This full-time, on-site role is supported by an Assistant Manager, and the MRM home office. The General Manager serves as the key liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, staff, and vendors, ensuring the community runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with governing documents and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as General Manager or Association Manager
· Current CCAM certification
· Proven leadership experience in residential or HOA management.
· Strong understanding of association governance and financial operations.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Professional demeanor and appearance.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation:
· Salary: $ 100K+ commensurate with experience
